‘In 30 minutes the five a day Ellie recommends are easily accomplished. Giving a choice of specific areas of the body appeals too, when attention to that area is required. Ellie Brown is the founding Director of Greenwich Pilates Ltd and has been teaching Pilates for over 17 years from her studio in Greenwich, London. She is a qualified Advanced Body Control Pilates Instructor (BCPA), Pilates Pre and Post-Natal Specialist , Stretch Therapy Teacher, UKA Athletics Coach and a Body Control Supervising teacher.
